Our Group Training is unique, challenging and offers a level of programming that is not found anywhere else in St. Augustine and Anastasia Island. Group Training offers many benefits, including a lower monthly cost compared to our 1-1 Personal Training, accountability and progressions, that ensure that you continue to work towards becoming a better version of yourself each month. TRX SUSPENSION TRAINING

This is a high-intensity 55 minute workout that utilizes the TRX straps, and is designed by us to build muscular endurance, improve lean to fat ratios and increase cardio capacity while getting you to sweat and have fun. It consists of a warm up, two endurance blocks, which end with a Cardio Challenge and are each repeated with alternating options, and a cool down that consists of stretches. Your goal is to work to failure, but maintain an increased heart rate and have fun!

GROUP CIRCUIT & CIRCUIT Express

This is a high-intensity 55 minute workout that utilizes the several pieces of equipment or “modalities”, and is designed by us to build muscular endurance, improve lean to fat ratios and increase cardio capacity while getting you to sweat and have fun. It consists of a warm up, endurance blocks using the TRX Suspension Trainer, RIP Trainer, battle rope, sandbag, kettlebells and others, and a cool down that consists of stretches. Your goal is to work to failure, but maintain an increased heart rate and have fun! “Express” is a condensed 30 minute version.
