Our Group Training is unique, challenging and offers a level of programming that is not found anywhere else in St. Augustine and Anastasia Island. Group Training offers many benefits, including a lower monthly cost compared to our 1-1 Personal Training, accountability and progressions, that ensure that you continue to work towards becoming a better version of yourself each month. From high-energy TRX® Suspension Training, Circuit & HIIT training, we have something for everyone!

TRX® FIT

This is a high-intensity workout designed to build muscular endurance, improve lean to fat ratios and increase cardio capacity while getting you to sweat and have fun. It consists of a warm up, two endurance blocks, which end with a Cardio Challenge and are each repeated, and a cool down that consists of exercises from our own TRX STRETCH programming. GOAL: Not to work to failure, but maintain an increased heart rate

TRX® CIRCUIT & CIRCUIT Express

This is a high-intensity multi-modality workout designed to build muscular endurance, improve lean to fat ratios and increase cardio capacity while getting you to sweat and have fun. It consists of a warm up, endurance blocks using the TRX Suspension Trainer, RIP Trainer, Battle rope, Sandbag and others, and a cool down that consists of exercises from our own TRX STRETCH programming. Express is a condensed 30-minute version. GOAL: Not to work to failure, but maintain an increased heart rate

TRX® STRONG

This is a slower paced workout designed to build muscular strength, and improve your form while getting you to sweat and have fun. It consists of a warm up, three strength blocks presented as a ladder, which end with built in recovery time, which will be necessary when each exercise is completed at the appropriate level of challenge, and a cool down that consists of exercises from our own TRX STRETCH programming. GOAL: Not to increase heart rate, but to work to failure

TRX® STRETCH

Our very own custom programming combining the TRX Suspension Trainer and targeted stretches, chosen by us, to give you the very best of natural movement and stretching. This is designed for everyone, with options given. The assistance of the TRX straps allows for maximum and safe range of motion and provides extra balance throughout the movements. GOAL: To stretch and feel good!
