Josie is an active adult who is into everything. But she found that her mobility and flexibility were becoming limited as she is aging. 

We started her on basic movements and simple progressions using the TRX Suspension Trainer and built her strength and confidence from there. Fast forward to today, and after several months of training with us, she’s now doing advanced movements and has stamina greater than anyone else in our group training sessions... and Josie is over 70 years old!

We’ve been working together on helping her become even more flexible and improve her core strength, movement, along with strength work.

Josie is proof that no matter what your age, or when you begin your fitness journey, you can make incredible progress in a short amount of time if you are committed and consistent.
